On May 7th, St. Mary’s Ryken took on St. John’s in a close quarterfinal match up for the WCAC. Both teams battled for the playoff win, but the Knights prevailed with 11 goals while St. John’s finished with 10. Austin Short played a strong game for the Knights, racking up five goals for the team. Daniel Long contributed three goals, Romar Dennis with two and Jimmy Wilkerson with one to complete the triumph. St. Mary’s Ryken completed their season 14-6 by unfortunately being defeated by Gonzaga on Thursday, May 9.
